At first glance I saw a dystopian world in that collection. Women are warriors in a lost world full of pain and despair and they try to bring back the idea of antique queens to rule again in a fragmented reality. In their head they carry sacred geometry and walk confidently with some revolt coming from inside and ready to put hands at work to change humanity's reality into a much better one.
But, anyway, that's only my vision. Alas, Rick Owens, I don't like everything you do, but this is an intelligent masterpiece!
Note: I would suggest see this collection while listening to Rodhad's "Dystopian" album. Here's a starter.
